The Barrow Health Centre welcomes any suggestions, compliments and complaints where we feel improvements can be made in providing the best care possible for our patients. If you wish to pay compliments, suggestions just write to Alison Lee, Practice Manager. If you wish to make a complaint please speak with the Practice Manager or put it in writing for her attention. We will respond within 3 days to acknowledge receipt of your complaint, and then after investigation we will send you our response within 20 working days. We discuss all complaints as a practice so we can action changes to our procedures or systems so your complaint doesn't happen again. Please note the complaint must be made within 6 months. Dr N Simpson is the complaints lead for the practice, but all correspondence goes to The Practice Manager.
