The Practice accepts patients living in these areas:
Barrow upon Soar, Quorn, Wymeswold, Hoton, Burton on the Wolds, Willoughby on the Wolds, Walton on the Wolds, Seagrave, Ratcliffe on the Wreake, Rempstone, Thrussington, Hoby, Wysall, Costock, Widmerpool and Ragdale.

Please come to the surgery to register. Upon registration as a new patient it is essential that you have your NHS number with you, which is found on your NHS card, or can be given to you by your previous GP. Without this information there will be a delay in registering with the practice.
